SALLYANN KEIZER - CEO

Bow-Wowza is a dream come true for our leader of the pack, Sallyann, and her cheeky Labrador, Lord Archie Archibald of Keizer (aka Dexter D). The fusion between her multi award-winning children’s media company, Sixth Sense, and her mental health non-profit, the Happynesshub, nothing makes Sallyann yappier than seeing our younger generation flourish. She regularly speaks globally on the subject of Diversity and Inclusion in the media and her awards include a BAFTA and an International Emmy. Live, love, bark is her daily mantra.

RUTH MILLS - HEAD OF CONTENT

The creative bark behind Bow-Wowza, Ruth brings a wealth of experience from years of producing cutting edge content for CBBC and CBeebies – winning two BAFTA’s and a Broadcast Digital Award along the way. Overseeing all our content, her doggo jokes get our tails wagging.

STEPHANIE GAULD - DIGITAL CONSULTANT

Living in the world of digital since she was just a pup, Steph is the perfect pooch for all things interactive and helps us dream big when it comes to future 360 ambitions. Her previous roles include Head of Disney Online Studios EMEA and creating the team behind Club Penguin UK… so what Steph doesn’t know about interactive content isn’t worth barking about.

ADRIAN BETHUNE - CONSULTANT

Adrian is our very own Mr Miel – a wise wellbeing hound who teaches us the tricks on how to #unleashyourbestlife. He is a teacher, trainer, author and founder of Teachappy – a wellbeing resource for schools.

ROZ HOWE - PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

Roz is our wise old guard dog with hundreds of dog years of production experience for a variety of major broadcasters behind her. She keeps us on a short leash to make sure we don’t run round in circles chasing our tails or getting distracted by squirrels.

LEE BRUCE - HEAD OF DESIGN

Lee is the graphic genius behind the Bow-Wowza brand. Having worked for a wealth of publishers and production companies, his fresh and vibrant approach makes us yap with joy.

TIM DUCK - PRODUCER/DIRECTOR

Tim is a BAFTA award winning Producer and Director who has made content for BBC, Discovery Education and Channel 5. He’s an old paw at shooting and directing and knows tons of technical tricks to solve any doggy dilemmas during production!

JEN SMYTH - PRODUCER

Jen is our very own sniffer dog – she has a great nose for comedy as a writer extraordinaire, and for finding the perfect pups for our productions. Previously a teacher, with a couple of her own (human) pups, Jen knows all about what makes the next generation tick.

ILANA MANN - CONTENT CREATOR / RESEARCHER

Our very own woofluencer, like Joe Sniffs, she has eleventy billion followers – allegedly. Ilana dreams up and creates all of our activities and short form social content. She’s been with Bow-Wowza from the very start, and is a walking encyclopaedia of wellbeing knowledge (and dog puns too).

KAIRA SHETTY - DIVERSITY & INCLUSION CONSULTANT

We owe clever Kaira our name! She joined the pack as an intern and dreamed up the ‘Bow-Wowza’ title at a creative away-day! Since then her career has soared taking her to the UN in New York, and now the Institute of Global Homelessness. We’re thrilled she remains part of the doggo family as our Diversity and Inclusion Consultant.

NIK AMMAR - COMPOSER

Nik is a super talented composer whose music always raises the woof here at Bow-Wowza HQ. His scores can be heard on TV programmes and feature films and he is the creative genius behind all of our howling hits!

FELICITY WAREING - EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Felicity (or Flic) is in charge of scheduling our puppy play dates (aka meetings) and is a whizz with words, writing our doggo comms and newletters. She has a chocolate Lab named Rolo who often bumps into our very own Dexter D on their daily walks.

SOPHIA NOTARIANNI - JUNIOR CREATIVE

Sophia joins the Bow-Wowza pack having completed a writing course at the prestigious National Film and TV School. A talented new writer, she is helping to bring our doggos to life with her cunning canine capers.

SHAMANT BAGRECHA - JUNIOR CREATIVE

Shamant is a true creative – bringing from Bangalore his artistic and fresh learnings in the visual arts to our beloved Bow-Wowza. His new and contemporary content has all the pups barking for more.
